The primary objective is to familiarize course participants with innovative contractor compensation strategies using incentives. An additional objective of the course is understanding relationships between business objectives, project objectives, performance evaluation criteria and compensation.
The course also addresses barriers frequently encountered when implementing an incentive compensation plan and the key factors that are required for implementation success.
